Canal front lot with 35’ dock. Cleats , fish cleaning table, 110 volts,50 and 30 amp hook up and sewer service on site. Quick access to both South Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of America. Located in Venture Out, a gated community with security and many amenities including tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce, table tennis,heated pool and hot tub, laundry facilities, bathrooms, free Wi-Fi at recreational hall and community store with ethanol free gas. Resort registration fee of $125.00 required on arrival.
Davits and storage box not for guest use. Just bring your RV or motor home and enjoy the paradise. The on site boat dock will accommodate 28 feet boat easily. Great place for snorkeling, scuba diving, spear fishing, lobstering, near shore or offshore fishing, or just enjoy the weather and relax in the gated community.
