This 4 bedroom 2 bath house is great for a family or 2. Bedroom details- bedroom 1- 2 twin beds, bedroom 2- King bed, bedroom 3- 2 twin beds, Bedroom 4 - King bed. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. Minutes away from restaurants, and shopping. A short 10 minute drive from downtown Jacksonville, 15 minutes away from New River Air Station, 15 minutes from Camp Lejeune, and 45 minutes from North Topsail Beach.
This home has a nice Game room with a table to play cards and board games, a ping pong table and Foosball. Outside, you will find a screened in back porch overlooking the large fenced in back yard that also includes a basketball court!
POOL IS CLOSED FOR SEASON, During off season, Gate to pool and surrounding pool area will be locked. During pool season, all guests who book will sign a waiver of liability before access to pool is granted.

1 is outside on the front of the house facing the driveway and front door.
1 is outside in the back yard facing the pool area and the back yard
Tampering with these security cameras in any way will result in eviction without a refund

I really appreciated the host's responsiveness and courtesy. The house was perfect for our needs while being in Jacksonville. We enjoyed the game room especially. The back yard with pool would've been nice in the summer.

Back for a second year

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house for our family vacation. The house is always clean, the host is friendly and responsive, and we love the game room and pool. We barely end up leaving the house because everything we need is in the backyard!

Third time’s a charm!

This is our third year in a row staying here for our family vacation and it’s great every time. The house and pool are very clean and we love hanging out here. We end up staying home and swimming and playing more than we go out. Owner and property manager are super nice and responsive. We love this house!

Wonderful getaway oasis

This was a trip for my family to travel to Jacksonville to see my grandbabies and the property and host could not have been any better!! The home was clean, beautifully decorated and offered the perfect amount of space. The outback area is like your own private, tropical oasis! The pool was absolutely amazing and served as the focal point of our stay! Host was extremely attentive and responsive and so incredibly kind!!! Will definitely plan to stay here for all future trips down south!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

The house was perfect for our family. The house is located less than 10 minutes from Camp Lejune which was perfect for us to visit our son who is stationed there. Kandey was helpful and was readily available. The kids enjoyed the pool, bigger than what we thought which was a nice surprise, and the game room. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Rental!

This is a great vacation rental. Kandey was amazing to deal with. The pool is absolute fabulous. The house is super spacious for a family vacation. Perfect place to unwind! Kandey really has thought of everything. Side note - I liked her decorations so much that after asking her where she found them, I went shopping to bring some home. She has great taste. :)

Great place to stay!

The house is great, the pool was marvelous! The entire family enjoyed our stay. The game room was wonderful, my special needs soon enjoyed the basketball court. The house was spotless, the owner was excellent! Erica quickly responded and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. We had a very small leak in the main bathroom, Erica had a plumber there within an hour. She is simply great! We took a day trip, just 30 minutes away to Topsail Beach; we all loved it! It is a beautiful, clean beach that wasn't crowded; the only downside for people with small children or people who aren't strong swimmers, there are no lifeguards. This wasn't a problem for our group, but it could be for some groups. Barbara Walters

Great Thanksgiving

Great stay for family of 4+

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our family of 4. The main reason we rented the property was because of the private pool, game room and proximity to the beach (we preferred being 30-40mins away). The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room! Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and attractions nearby. We used Publix to purchase breakfast, lunch and snacks for the week and dined at area restaurants for dinner. We visited the trampoline park and bowling alley that were close by. We originally planned to visit Topsail, but decided to drive a bit further and visit Fort Fisher State Recreation Area. Although it was about 1.5hrs away we don’t regret going. There’s an aquarium close by and it was awesome. Took a little over an hour to tour and we visited before heading to the beach. The park allows 4WD vehicles on the beach which was a huge factor for us going there. It made for an easy set up and take down after a long day at the beach. The beach was very nice too! Sand was smooth and ocean water was perfect! We also enjoyed watching the Osprey planes fly over the house during the week! Kandey was an excellent host! She answered several questions before we arrived and was always quick to respond to our questions during our stay! *A few minor recommendations: a 2nd night stand in the main bedroom and an additional TV in one of the secondary bedrooms.
