Provençal villa – 4/6 people - 6 rooms - 4 bedrooms - 160 m² - Large mosaic swimming pool for private use 12 x 5 m (with alarm), located near the village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne The villa is composed of a large living room, kitchen, garden furniture and 4 bedrooms including a master suite (private bathroom).
Outside, natural setting, absolute calm, wooded and fully fenced land of 1.5 hectares with small basketball court, swing, ..
Additional information:
Your pets (dogs and cats) are welcome, provided of course that they are educated.
I also have two dogs: a 13-year-old neutered male and a 10-year-old female Siberian Husky. They are very kind, calm and sociable, both with children and with other dogs.
They can stay on the estate, outside in an annex, if this is not a problem for the occupants.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Un écrin de nature

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce superbe domaine, niché au calme au cœur de la nature. Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique pour ceux qui recherchent repos et déconnexion. La piscine, spacieuse et très agréable, nous a permis de profiter pleinement des journées ensoleillées. L'emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de randonnées, de VTT, de baignades en rivière ou en lac, et même pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir les plages à 40 minutes ou s'aventurer dans les villages perchés ou le canyoning. Certes, l'équipement est parfois un peu sommaire, mais cela est largement compensé par la beauté du lieu et surtout par l'accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires. Toujours disponibles et aux petits soins, ils ont su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un endroit magnifique, à recommander sans hésitation !
