Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 27 mÂČ studio apartment in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sleeping area and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with whirlpool shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the apartment in the Charles III and Dr Schmitt parking lots (paying parking lots).

Et la validation par code SMS n'a pas fonctionnĂ© au dĂ©part. Le fait d'avoir deux interfaces en plus de Airbnb et des Ă©changes de SMS avec la conciergerie fait qu'on ne sait plus trop oĂč chercher les infos... heureusement la conciergerie est rĂ©active"

Le Petit Gourmet "Pour un dĂ©placement professionnel de 3 semaines, le logement Ă©tait parfaitement adaptĂ©. Tout le nĂ©cessaire Ă©tait Ă  disposition. SituĂ© en centre ville, idĂ©al pour ĂȘtre Ă  proximitĂ© des lieux de travail, des transports (gare SNCF Ă  10 min Ă  pied) et des commerces. On apprĂ©cie les petites attentions Ă  l'arrivĂ©e (bonbons locaux, cafĂ© etc...). Un guide d'arrivĂ©e reçu par SMS rend toutes les consignes claires pour le sĂ©jour. Petit bĂ©mol sur des petits dĂ©fauts du logement, le sĂ©jour/chambre donne accĂšs Ă  la cuisine qui, elle, n'a pas de volets ou rideaux occultants, du coup la lumiĂšre rentre tĂŽt en pĂ©riode estivale, et l'on entend bien les voisins qui accĂšdent au bĂątiment. Mais je reprendrai ce logement les yeux fermĂ©s pour un futur sĂ©jour Ă  Nancy."
