House at the top of a hill on a plot of 3000m2. Beautiful view. Inside large spaces, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 large room of 75m2 with multiple beds. Outside garden with tables, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, swing. Inflatable swimming pool for children. Shaded terrace, facing the countryside in great calm. You will be 2kms from the centre of Larche, all shops, post office, bank, Intermarché. You can go hiking from the house. You are also 3 km from the Lac du Causse: fishing, swimming, mountain bike circuits, pedal boat and paddle rental.
Close to various activities (summer markets, festivals, votive festivals...). Between Brive and Terrasson 10km on each side.
