Marie-Françoise and Frédéric Beaumont welcome you to their 4700 m2 property on the edge of the forest in Cannes-et-Clairan, in the Gard department, halfway between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean near Uzes and Anduze.

Calm, serenity and out of sight, enjoy the charm of the south of France in villas offering all the comfort you need. The Beaumont Villas are suitable for groups of 10 people and are composed of two villas:

- Villa Palmier with an area of 180m² that can accommodate up to 6 people
- Villa Harmonie with an area of 130m² that can accommodate up to 4 people

Villa Palmier has been designed to allow you to relax and make your holiday a pleasant one. Nothing is missing from your holiday in this villa. With a surface area of 180m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms, including two master suites with bathroom, two toilets, a high-end fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room of 80 m² with a skylight ceiling height of 6m60, as well as a covered outdoor terrace overlooking the garden, the gym and the swimming pool.

Villa Harmonie is a true haven of serenity. With a surface area of 130m², the villa can accommodate up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, a bathroom, a toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room and a covered outdoor terrace overlooking a private garden with jacuzzi.

Whether you are with friends or family, Villas Beaumont offers you the essentials to live your stay to the fullest. Indoor comfort, relaxation and conviviality area, private swimming pool (heated from April to November), jacuzzi, gym, discover all our facilities for an unforgettable holiday in the south of France. And in summer, enjoy the night for magical evenings to the sound of cicadas.

Enjoy life in the open air. Villa Palmier has a furnished patio: dining table, lounge, barbecue, an ideal space for dining and having an aperitif. You can also enjoy our garden and swimming pool. Sun loungers with mattresses, large parasol, small tables and lounge, you can spend your days by the pool,

If you want to get active, you have a gym, a ping pong table below the pool, 2 Aquabike bikes and various games for young and old.

We also have everything you need to welcome young children: travel cot with full bedding, changing table, high chair, don't hesitate to ask us.

Super séjour à la villa Beaumont. Tout est fait pour que l'on soit bien. Viennoiseries et baguettes livrées tous les matins. Frigo bien fourni à notre arrivée. Torchons, serviettes de bain et de piscine à volonté. Grande piscine magnifique chauffée. Rien à redire. Villa à réserver sans hésitation.
