Welcome to Moos Casa Sea Casa, make yourself at home! This one bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 people. Two full beds in the bedroom and an extra full size foldout mattress in the living room. Provided high speed Wi-Fi, cable in living room and bedroom. It's a raised first floor unit with an elevator. Has one full bathroom in main living area and one half bath off of the bedroom. Relax in this comfortable getaway! Lay back on the balcony with an ocean view, at the beach which is half a block away or in the outdoor private pool for Top Royal owners and guests only. Located in northern Ocean City across the street from Northside Park. Activities, restaurants and shopping (including a grocery store) all within a five minute walk!

Northside Park has walking/jogging paths, large playground, outdoor exercise center, ball fields, fishing/crabbing pier, and many entertainment events throughout the year including the Christmas light show.

Recently renovated, NEW LOOK, fresh paint, new appliances, floating entertainment center, and NEW memory foam mattresses!! We are excited about these updates and hope you enjoy your stay! This is the beginning of the updates and will consistently be adding new features.

We love the location and pool and have stayed in many different condos for rent here before but this one was cleaner and better stocked then any of the other condos in this complex. I would recommend staying here.

This place was perfect. Great location to shops, restaurants, and beach!!! It was nice to have the pool option as well. The condo was just right, had all the necessities in the kitchen, beach chairs, toys, extra bedding, & towels, balcony was nice, pretty clean, definitely comfortable, and had designated parking. The pool was amazing ! 1 minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for 2 people and a baby. I couldn’t imagine having more people in the space. It was the first rental that we have experienced that we had to clean linens and towels prior to leaving.

Wonderful beach side condo

My fiancé and I spent a week here during June. It was incredibly close to the beach and also a number of restaurants and activities. Cozy condo with a porch view of the ocean. Jaci was a great host and promptly returned answers to questions.

Quick Getaway

We decided to book a last minute trip to the beach. This place allowed us to stay less than a week, which was a massive plus this time of year! We have two young children and the short walk to the beach, along with the pool, was awesome! The condo was very clean when we arrived and has everything you need. Although we brought what we needed, you can certainly pack light. The hosts are very responsive and all information is provided that you need during your stay. I would definitely recommend this property to people looking to stay in Ocean City!

A Great Family Get Away

A very nice property with updated fixtures, very close to the beach. We could sit on the balcony and see ocean while drinking our morning coffee. Our family spent many hours on beach. There are many fine restaurants in the area and a grocery store nearby. Our family is looking forward to visiting again! Thanks Jaci! for a wonderful vacation!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding the television, the issue was due to a misplaced remote, which was later found in the couch. The TV itself was fully functional. I was even prepared to replace the unit to ensure your comfort. Mattress preference can vary greatly between guests—some prefer a firmer surface while others like something softer. We will take your feedback into account and likely add an alternative option in the future. Concerning the pool, it was clean and maintained during your stay. The items you noticed belonged to other guests using the shared space, which can occasionally happen in a communal setting. Finally, while you chose to leave early without notifying us, I still issued a refund for the unused night as a gesture of goodwill. My priority is always to provide a positive experience for every guest, and I truly value your input as we strive to improve.

Overall we loved staying here. The property was great in location, and very close to the beach. The check in process was a breeze. We were able to communicate with our host with ease. The only dislike about it was that the host required all bedding and towels to be washed before we checked out. Being a family we had a lot of linens and towels used for the whole week. As a paying customer I think it’s bizarre to require your guests to wash everything prior to checking out. There is only a very small washer:dryer combo in the unit so it literally took hours to complete washing everything.

Contact-free check in was a breeze. Also, off street parking, elevator and luggage carts make everything easy. The condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The patio was so nice in the morning to sit and have coffee and look at the ocean. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had and offered suggestions on nearby restaurants and sights. We'll definitely stay here again upon returning to Ocean city.

Delightful August get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this meticulously cleaned and tasteful Ocean City apartment. Jaci was a terrific host, she was super quick to respond to any questions that came up. The view from balcony was definitely superb, we loved sitting outside and enjoying the views. There is a partition on either side of balcony, which we appreciated to give privacy. We especially loved getting to watch sunrise when we walked over to the beach one morning ( a 1 minute walk away.) We appreciated the extras- laundry rack to dry wet swim things, using the sparkling clean pool on eve of our arrival, the beach toys and beach umbrella were really a nice bonus. The living room reclining sofas were super comfortable as well. Bear in mind, if you are a light sleeper like me, there is a lot of light coming in the bedroom window blinds, so bring a sleep mask along. Some things we noticed which Jaci assured us would be fixed after we left- they had a busy season so had not gotten to them yet. the door in the half bathroom would get stuck upon closing, and the shower door was difficult to move as was off the track, and hot water faucet in shower was very stiff and hard to turn. I had to help my 9 year old turn the faucet and move the doors.

Awesome place and amazing communication

The property was great, very close to the beach and the pool was awesome also! There were a few questions I had and someone responded immediately. There was even games there for us to play, beds were comfortable, pull out mattress was easy to use and you had your choice of steps or evaluator. I loved the beach decor and it was a nice and quiet area. Bus stop and souvenir stores and lots of restaurants all within short walking distance. Great weather, great beach, great place to stay and great communication!

We started looking at Ocean City properties since that is where we have been spending a lot of our vacation time. We saw this place and fell in love with how close it is to the beach, the view of the ocean from the balcony. We are excited to fix it up and share our vacation home.

What makes this property unique

This condo is steps away from the beach, so easy to just go for a quick stroll when you have a few extra minutes. No need to pack up your stuff in the car when it's only a few steps away. Why not get the most out of an Ocean City vacation by staying right at the beach! It's the first floor, so no one is beneath you, but it's lifted so there is still a great view. The elevator makes it a breeze to get your things to the door. So if the beach right there isn't enough, there is also a pool to immerse yourself in and cool down! Provided high speed Wi-Fi and cable in living room and bedroom.
