In the heart of the seaside resort of Les Sables D'Or, 800 m from the beach, in the town of Plurien - Sables d'Or les Pins, house with 1 double bedroom with TV on the ground floor and 3 double bedrooms, one with TV upstairs.
Comfortable for up to 8 people and located in a very quiet area, indoor and outdoor parking, terrace with lounge, sunbed, garden table, green area with barbecue and trampoline, access to the garage with bicycles available for occasional trips in the resort, they are in no way suitable for short, medium and long distance hikes.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and other foldables available, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, freezer, washing machine, dryer.
TV, sofa and 2 leather armchairs in the living room.
A bathroom on the ground floor as a master suite and one upstairs.
High chair, travel cot and stroller available.
Sheets and towels are provided and included in the cleaning service, which is mandatory.
Internet WIFI
Close to all activities (hiking, sand yachting, boating, golf, tennis etc...) or places to visit (Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Erquy etc...) and restaurants or shops of the resort.

It's a very modern and private home, located up the hill from the beach in Sables D'Or. The house is behind a tall hedge and an automatic gate, so you can hardly see it from the street. Inside, it has a lot of nice features. We particularly liked the coffee machine, which grinds beans and makes espresso automatically!In terms of location, it is about a 20-minute walk to the beach. We did actually walk it almost every time, but some people might prefer to drive. The village of Plurien is also quite nearby and that is a nice place to get food. We found that there are some mosquitos in the area so visitors should be aware of that because it could be annoying if they got in the house. Some larger pots for cooking would also have been helpful. But overall we had a very positive experience!

Séjour agréable en famille en Bretagne

Nous n'avons pas eu de surprises en arrivant. La maison était telle qu'elle était décrite dans l'annonce et surtout correspondait tout à fait aux photos. Nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté. Des vélos étaient à notre service, ce qui était bien pour les jeunes. Le séjour fût très agréable.

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

In diesem modernen Ferienhaus fehlt es an nichts: alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Garage zum Abstellen von SUP usw. , schnelles WLAN, Rollläden zum Verdunkeln etc.. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, sogar Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Der Rückweg vom Strand ist jedoch etwas steil. Kleiner Badeort mit tollem Sandstrand, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Bitzsauberes,geräumiges Haus mit sehr guten Betten und schönen Badezimmern. Voll ausgestatte Küche. Schöne,ruhige Umgebung..Wir haben uns dort sehr sicher und sehr wohl gefühlt.
