Located close to Yellowstone River, walking trails, Park County Fairgrounds, and golf course.

Cute place, a bit bigger than expected! It was a really warm day when we arrived, with similar forecast for all of our stay. We messaged to see if there was a fan (no AC), left for a quick errand and when we returned, Emily was there with a room AC unit! Cooled the place down nicely!Definitely recommend!

Cute little place, but if you want to cook meals, it’s not optimal. Also no AC or fan, I understand not a lot of places have AC there, but it was hot and not at all comfortable at night a fan would have went a long way. But over all the place was cute and spacious. It’s close to town and a park near the Yellowstone river. Livingston is a great town with small town vibes. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Also lots to do outside!

We stayed at this location for a wedding. It was very convenient to all the activities. Communication with the host was excellent. We asked for use of an iron and ironing board and they were brought to us almost immediately. There wasn't any dish soap or paper towels, so we had to buy some to do the dishes. And to use any of the kitchen appliances - i.e. coffee maker and microwave, we had to carry them from the pantry area and put in the kitchen. But overall we really enjoyed the location and place, it was exactly what we were looking for and would stay here again.
