Happy Place, an apartment in the very heart of Patras

Spacious, bright apartment in the lively heart of Patras. Retro personality with a modern touch. Located right next to the central King George square - super close to the port, bus and train station, as well as the best local see-sights, monuments, restaurants, clubs, bars and shops.

Chill on the comfy sofas watching Netflix or enjoy a glass of wine listening to a vinyl record. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table to host your guests for a dinner. Later at night, or during the day, the balcony is a great place to enjoy a drink with views of the city, its main commercial pedestrian road and the Ancient Odeon or port.

The apartment is right opposite of two private parking spaces (sheltered / open-air) and at 5’ walk distance from municipal, free parking lot in the port.

You will get full access to the entire 120m2 flat. Ideal for families (crib for toddlers can also be provided at no additional cost), professionals, club gatherings or groups of friends.

A delicious, light breakfast to be provided for each guest: 1 coffee / tea / juice and (upon availability) 1 muffin / sandwitch / pastry.
