16 km from Perpignan, 12 km from Le Boulou, 9 km from Thuir, in the heart of the village of Passa, this former carpentry shop has been converted into a gîte.
At the front, the kitchen opens onto the enclosed courtyard (160 m²) equipped with garden furniture, a brazier (low barbecue) and which can also accommodate a vehicle. The living room with lounge (wood stove) and dining room open onto a second enclosed courtyard at the back (120 m²). A bedroom with 1 double bed. The spacious laundry room has a large storage cupboard, and a washing machine. Bathroom with double sink and toilet. A second separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 independent bedrooms fitted out under the sloping, sloping ceilings, each equipped with a double bed, and closed by a curtain, in the absence of a door. In the village, possibility of parking.

Maison agréable pour 1 semaine,calme manque juste un minimum de commodités dans le village(ex:boulangerie, bar...) Maison très bien agancé ,garage pour véhicule très pratique ,accueil très agréable.
