Beautiful, single family home on Lake Michigan in Michigan City, IN. 4 bedrooms, 3 new en suite baths, lower level bonus room with king bed and couch, open floor plan on main floor, deck, grill, fully equipped new kitchen, new windows and doors. Includes 6 beach chairs, 2 beach tents, swim mat, beach towels, 3 bikes, grill, grill accessories, all linens and towels, 2 pac and plays, high chair, starter kit contains 2 TP per bath, 2 paper towels rolls, Keurig coffee pods, pepper, salt, sugar, pump bath soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, solo cups, coolers, paper plates, plastic silverware
All bookings require a valid, working mobile phone number for the primary guest contact, and a copy of a valid drivers license.
All bookings are contingent on a brief welcome call with primary guest.
We rent by the week only in the summer months. Check-in Monday after 3PM, check-out Monday before 9AM
No parties, reunions, etc, allowed.
We rent for a 3 night minimum in the fall and winter.
