Beautiful 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and private outdoor space in a great Flagstaff neighborhood. Walk/bike easily to historic downtown on the Urban Trail. Easy access to trails, food, close to AZ Snowbowl, 70 miles to the Grand Canyon and 30 miles to Sedona. Be on the chair lift in 20 minutes or at some of our best mountain biking, in 5! Enjoy a soak in the huge bathtub, relax by the fire or sit outside and enjoy the view. We can be your base for exploring or just a quiet space to relax.

Everything was perfect! Check in was a breeze and the property was exactly as listed. So cozy and had everything you could need. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to town. I’d definitely stay here again!

good neighborhood, cute place, and netflix access! Everything was perfect for our weekend getaway. Not that far from nice trails and the downtown area. Host offers good food recommendations as well in the house binder they left for us. We definitely felt taken care of. Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay again :)

Perfect Cozy Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was super cute and quaint—just what we were hoping for. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and it was such a bonus that our corgi Frankie was welcome. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Nice place at a good price

This property is in a good location close to downtown Flag and offers much better value than a hotel with a full kitchen and luxury bath. Plus, they're dog friendly.

This property was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the outdoor space which is fenced in, neat and well cared for. Very safe for our little dog. The parking is safe and convenient. The neighborhood is pleasant and friendly. This VRBO worked perfectly for us to base our week in AZ. So many things to do and see within a reasonable area.

Huge In-law Suite perfect for our family and Dog!

A Pleasant Stay

Had a great stay. The property is just as advertised, heated floors and all! Beth's communication was great and responded within minutes of the handful of questions we had. Even more impressive was that the 18 inches of snow that dropped on us overnight was cleared out before we woke up in the morning. We had a nice visit and would certainly stay again!

Best Rental Experience Ever!

This spacious one bedroom is nestled in a quaint, friendly neighborhood not far from the Grand Canyon. Around the corner is pizza joint and the most amazing coffee shop we’ve ever been to. This location is close to many hikes and just a few hours from Antelope Canyon. The bed was a dream come true and the kitchen is well stocked with all you might need to cook a great meal. Very pet friendly and the soaker tub provides a perfect relaxation environment after a long day of exploring. My only complaint is that the porch light wasn’t left on, which made our night arrival confusing and the entrance hard to find, especially because the front door is not on the same street as the address states. Despite the mix up upon arrival we will definitely be back.
