Guest Access:

🔑 The whole house is yours — both wings, the garage game room, the backyard, the pool and the hot tub. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is shared.



🎆 The front yard is the best seat in the house for the nightly Disneyland fireworks.



📹 Exterior security cameras (front yard, back yard, side yard) and noise monitors at the front door and in the backyard are on the premises for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

🚗 Car: Less than two miles to Disneyland Park. Please turn onto King Ct from Ball Rd — GPS sometimes gives the wrong directions.



🚕 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are quick and inexpensive for the parks.



🚶 On foot: Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The daily rate covers 12 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that

No additional visitors without host approval

Minimum booking age: 21

Minimum stay: 3 nights

We reserve the right to decline requests that would leave a 2-night gap in the calendar

📹 Security & Noise Monitoring



Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. Noise monitoring devices at the front door and in the backyard alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests.

No commercial activities are allowed on the property.

Homeowners are not liable for accidents, injuries or illnesses on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises.
