Located in the heart of Livradois-Forez, this spacious and bright house is less than 10 minutes from Ambert.
With a good capacity (10 people), it is ideal for your holidays, weekends with family, reunion with friends, etc
Completely renovated, this charming stone house of 115m2 is located in the countryside, near a stream. You can also enjoy a beautiful green space.

You will find on the ground floor, the living room with living room, dining room and a fitted kitchen.
The living room consists of a sofa that can be converted into a 140 bed as well as 2 individual relax armchairs and a 2-seater relax sofa.
A library is at your disposal with books for all generations and some board games.
Also on the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with an Italian shower, 2 washbasins, the washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and a second bathroom:
- a bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 2 beds of 90
- a bedroom with a bed 140, a wardrobe
-a bedroom with a bed 140 and a wardrobe
-a bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a bed 160 (a dedicated workspace is coming soon)
-a bathroom with 2 sinks, a column, a toilet and a bathtub

The exteriors are secured to avoid access to the stream for children.
To enjoy the sunny days, 2 picnic tables that can accommodate 12 people are set up in the shade of the trees. A children's table and a barbecue are also at your disposal. Chairs, armchairs for young and old as well as a large cushion are installed to enjoy the sunny days.PGJyPg
Sheets can be provided for an extra charge of 10 euros per set (2 pillowcases, a bolster case, a fitted sheet and a duvet cover). Additional blankets are available in each room.
Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay and is not included in the basic price. If you do not wish to do so, allow an extra charge of 80 euros.

Baby equipment can be made available to you on request (extra charge depending on the equipment requested).

We have set up a key box for self-arrivals but we ideally prefer to welcome our tenants in person. We live about 20 minutes from the house. A small welcome guide is available in the accommodation with our contact details. We will remain available if needed or if you wish to have more information about the region, local activities.
