This Townhome is located in Shady Glenn and is 0.2 miles from Downtown Auburn! This open concept space is pet friendly and includes a large front deck that is perfect for game day weekends or fun getaway! The most notable features of this space include being across the street from Acre, an esteemed restaurant in Auburn!

Bring 2+ cars, bring the kids, bring the burgers! This home has everything from a fully stocked entertainment bar to darts and chalk for a fun start to your big weekend.



Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!



BEDROOM SET UP:

Downstairs:

- Living room has a queen sleeper sofa

- Downstairs bedroom #1 has an attached ensuite bathroom and two full beds. The bathroom is accessible form the bedroom or from the kitchen/ living space



Upstairs:

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Bedroom 3: Full bed

- These two rooms share an upstairs bathroom

- The washer and dryer are in the upstairs hallway closet


This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage both units in this building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

All the TVs are equipped with Roku.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

2 parking passes are included with the unit. This complex will tow if the parking pass is not visible at all times.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Golf trip

The property was perfect for a guys golf trip to Auburn. There were four of us total and the house had more then enough room for everyone. We were only a couple blocks away from the main strip with all of the bars and restaurants.
