Apartment in an idyllic location and great views

The newly built apartment is located in. 2 Floor of our house. The beautiful apartment with high ceilings is 70 m² in size. The living and dining area offers great comfort with a high quality fitted kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen TV and underfloor heating. The cozy interior invites you to relax. A spacious balcony is located on the south side of our apartment with great views. For the children there is behind the house a large playground with various play equipment such. B. 5m trampoline, climbing frame with swings and slide. On hot days, invites 5m large pool for a swim. The playground is directly connected to the nature reserve "Riedbachtal".
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
