ON THE ROAD TO MONT SAINT MICHEL (only 25 km away)
Single-storey cottage of 75m2 in a very quiet residential area. Ideally located to visit Fougères, make a stop in this cottage. A 5-minute walk from the largest medieval castle in Europe and the city centre, close to a supermarket and the greenway (cycling and walking).
This cottage is a haven of peace for holidays or to stay 2 or 3 nights.
Price per night from 59€ if renting 1 room only and 70€ for the 2 bedrooms. Very affordable weekly rate of 590€ from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 12 p.m. (the definition of the week of rental is flexible according to availability)
Rates include charges and cleaning (excluding tourist tax 90cts per adult per night), linen and bed linen, fitted sheets, duvet covers are provided with duvets and pillows.
Particularity, the living room is equipped with a superb 140 cm large screen LG OLED television.
This cottage is composed of 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a double bed 140 x 190 and bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 X 190 new bedding), a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (shower), with a private parking space. On the garden side, an enclosed space and a cosy dining area with private access, all on about 250 m2 of land.

Très agréable séjour

Un séjour très agréable dans le gîte et lors de visites autour de fougères. Notre arrivée était attendue, notre hôte nous a ouvert la porte, fait visiter notre logement tout en donnant des conseils et informations. Hébergement très propre et très confortable. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans ce logement. Proche du centre-ville, du magnifique château et surtout très au calme. Alentours, les lieux de visites et exploration ne manquent pas. Jusqu'à l'île de Jersey qui mérite une visite de plusieurs jours. Région très belle et agréable. Un hôte très sympa et un hébergement de qualité à un tarif concurrentiel que demander de plus? U
