Perfect getaway…

This is a wonderful property - conveniently close to the beaches, shopping, and great dining options, but in a relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Outstanding outdoor space with a real pool - large enough for lap swimming. Very well stocked amenities, including beach gear. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Lots of space. Outdoor area was wonderful and where we spent a lot of time. Traveled with family, teens and parents all were pleased. Well worth the money. Host was very attentive and pleasant to work with. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Excellent property!

This is a great place to stay, especially the outdoor spaces! The large screened porch/lanae, the tiki hut with couches and chairs and the chaise lounges next to the large pool made us feel like we were at our own private resort. And the property manager was so responsive and helpful- every question answered right away. No complaints at all. Would love to stay again.

Retirement Celebration

Air conditioning did not keep the house cool. Toilet was broken when we got there. The sliding door was broken when we hit there. There was broken glass outside. Landscaping of the property was terrible. We found another VRBO property to stay. The premier host refused to give us a refund. I’ve never been so disappointed.

Its a Jungle

The inside of the property was mostly clean and as advertised. The outside was a different story. The landscaping has not been tended to for quite awhile and between the overgrowth of invasive weeds and the dead leaves it has made a wonderful habitat for not only lizards but snakes and spiders. The outdoor tiki roof is not only full of lizards and frogs but it is also disintegrating and blowing into the pool and all over the patio, making it impossible to keep the area clean. When I booked the property it had a hot tub listed, although the property owner stated there had never been one on the property. We were disappointed in the outdoor space but made the most of our trip. I do hope that the property owner hires a landscaper to come in and beautify the space. Especially for the price!

Outdoor space is great!

Great house with good size rooms. The pool and outdoor space is great and makes you feel like you are on vacation! Also loved that there’s a washer and dryer.
