Very nice modern and spacious apartment, close to the sea, the hills and the Velodrome stadium.
Beautiful volumes: 110 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, terrace 16 m2 with jacuzzi.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift in a secure residence with gate. Parking is possible in front of the residence.
The bus stop leading to the beaches and the stadium is located at the foot of the residence.
