Our stay was a nice reprieve. Check in was smooth and Sara was quick to respond to our questions. The house is well-appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable getaway. The kitchen has everything needs and more to prepare delicious meals. The view was spectacular and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Pool was refreshing and private. Highly recommend staying here! Close to downtown Fountain Hills and lots of hiking trails.

This was a great property in the hills with great views. The property is one story which works great for people with mobility issues. We all enjoyed this rental.

Loved the location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - sitting outside was a highlight, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. The owner was very responsive and kind throughout. The house is fairly dark throughout, but the lighting by skylight was very creative and pleasant. The primary suite was super comfortable, only the lighting in the bathroom was lacking. The pool was smaller than it appeared, but kept clean and warm - just right. We hope to stay again sometime!

Our stay in Fountain Hills was was fabulous! Our host Sarah was quick to respond with any info we needed or asked about. The house was absolutely gorgeous and we thank Sarah for sharing her beautiful home. The house was pet friendly which was wonderful because we brought our 2 australian shepherd with on the trip. The dogs absolutely loved the cool stone floors on there bellys. We took the dogs for a walk every morning and near by neighbors taking there morning walks were friendly. The house was beautiful the outdoor pool was perfect and the landscape was beautiful. We love our 10 day home away from home and highly recommend this house for future trip and anyone looked for a fabulous home to stay in. We also visited Old Scotsdale and went to a Arizona Diamondbacks game it so much.

Fountain Hills Vacation House

My family has rented many VRBO homes around the country and this ranks right up there with the best. The home was beautifully decorated throughout. Cleanliness was not an issue; it was spotless. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed as well. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals. The home is in a wonderful location in Fountain Hills with beautiful views. It was so peaceful we never heard a peep other than the birds. We are so grateful to Sara for allowing us to stay in such a lovely home. She is an amazing host, quick to respond to any questions during the booking and during our stay. We highly recommend this home fand look forward to a future stay. Curt & Nancy

Stress-free Scottsdale

Wonderful house. Made us feel like we were at home. Location is premium we are golfers close to many top courses to play. Restaurants, shopping and night life all just a few miles away. Thanks for a great stay Sara would definitely stay here again.

Stunner of a property

Wow. Just, wow. We have stayed in a lot of lovely rentals and this is far and away the loveliest house of them all. The owner was responsive and incredibly friendly which is always appreciated. The neighborhood is pure peace and quiet. Looking forward to staying here again (and again and again)!

Family reunion at fountain hills

Heart experience! Property is beautiful with excellent facilities. Hostess was available when called and. Very helpfull. Price was very reasonable. I would go there again!
