Freshly refurbished with comfortable king sized beds in both the bedrooms and extra sleep space on the sleeping porch. All new paint and wood tile plank floors. Great quiet location yet walking distance to all Flagler Avenue has to offer. You will want to make this your yearly retreat space!! Large screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room. The upper floor is rented separately and has its own entrance. Circular drive with lots of parking. All fresh linens with a full kitchen, tons of games for the kids and a great back yard for outdoor grilling. Come see why Seahorse Cove is the place to be. Video security used outside home. Ask about a second rental unit, Surf's Up, upstairs, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, can be rented as a whole house for $5500 per month.
