A dog-friendly home perfect for a quiet solo adventure or a fun getaway for two, this 300 square foot, ground-floor studio is ready to give you the vacation of your dreams in Playas del Coco! The nicely-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals or simply reheat last night's leftovers. After a day at the beach, kick back with a comfortable queen-size bed, a twin trundle, a wall-mounted, cable-equipped, flatscreen TV, and a large, step-free shower. Guests at this studio will also enjoy access to a poolside gazebo with plenty of seating options, plus a shared, outdoor pool.

Secure, clean, in the best neighborhood in Cocoa playa

Positives are, location, neighborhood, secure, and location as pictured. Beach Coffee shops and restaurants were light walks thru safe neighbor hoods. Directions to the property should not only include pictures but distances between pictures in case you can’t recognize, as I struggled with because I was arriving in the dark. Also, a bath towel should not feel like a shammy.

We have never experienced anything like this from a rental in all the years we have been using this platform. We are very disappointed. How can Expedia even offer such accommodation? No address for the accommodation, no contact person seen the whole day we were there. Faulty accommodation services such as no internet, broken chairs, no dishwasher as provided, etc. We heard from the residents that we were not the first to have had these problems with finding accommodation. Actually, there should be a person there who takes care of this rental, but the neighbor says that she would rather take care of karaoke. We had to call the USA from Costa Rica so that we could get to the address via Expedia's customer service. He didn't care that we had pointed out to the agent that we were calling from CR! What's going on with customer service! Under no circumstances can we recommend this accommodation and we will definitely consider booking with Expedia again in the future.
