ALL SERVICES INCLUDED. The appartament is located in a second floor, the building have elevator, with a beautiful seaview balcony. Even it is nearby the airport, you will hardly hear the airplanes. you Will be 10 minutes away from downtown and wholesale markets, car distance. Mi appartment is a no smoking zone, but it is possible to smoke in the common areas and other land lords permit smoking in their properties

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The condo location is 10 minutes from airport and is well kept with all the amenities required. The communication was outstanding and our cleaning person did a super job. Willl definitely come back a second time.

Bayview Grand is one of the premier residential/condo complexes in Puerto Vallarta. This was a beautiful one bedroom condo with a view of the ocean. It was super clean, cozy, and perfect

This apartment was in a fantastic and well maintained complex. It is in a very calm, safe and secure area with a short walk to marina vallarta. The beach out front is wide and very quiet. The pools are just fantastic and the staff at the onsite restaurant are very kind and accommodating with very reasonable prices. The apartment is extremely well equipped- we had everything we could ask for in the kitchen! There are plenty of towels and bedding and there is laundry. We loved the large balcony and used it multiple times daily- even saw dolphins and whales! Our host was excellent to deal with and even granted us a late checkout with no issues. We were met onsite and everything was explained perfectly. This apartment is an outstanding value- you will not be disappointed.

Mexico Get Away

The Condo Property is very nice, good pools and access to the beach. The bar/ resteraunt on the grounds is a bit pricy but very friendly staff and they come around to take orders.. The Condo was very nice, clean and had a pretty good view from second floor. Sunsets were awesome. The kitchen could use some bowls for making salads etc and an air fryer would be great as there is no oven. Overall an excellent facility within walking distance of the Marina and local shopping center.

Enjoyable stay

The Bay View Grand is a beautiful property, iThis was our first time staying in the Marina area and we are coming back! Very safe and comfortable area! The staff in the complex are constantly cleaning and the grounds are well maintained. The snack bar is a bonus with pleasant staff. The unit itself is well maintained and has most everything you need for your stay. The only comment would be that a bit more comfortable furniture in the living room would be nice for a longer stay. The property manager, Gabriela and maid Blanca, were excellent! The owner was also very responsive and ensured we had a enjoyable vacation. Any of our questions or requests were addressed promptly and efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Maintenance - needed for shower mildew/ mold, bedding old, pillows old and small

We like the complex - we have stayed in BVG before. These minor improvements would make your unit more desirable. Add a large ironing board the one you have is old and cover old. Store it under the bed or bring one in if a guests asked for one. We noted your unit is close to the elevators and we could hear them at night from the bedroom.
