Nestled on 1/2 acre on the Westside of Galveston Island an oasis awaits you. The "Retreat" borders a nature preserve and bird paradise. From the back porch you can watch the sunrise with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston Bay. Beach access is 300 yards, and so is Bay access with fishing pier and boat launch. The home has an expansive second floor with 2 BR and 2 baths that sleeps 6+, large living room and kitchen. First floor sleeps 4 with kitchenette, living room and 1 bath room.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash pickup is Monday early morning. Please take out trash can(s) to the curb Sunday night or whatever day you will leave
Set upstairs central AC to 83 upstairs by choosing the temperature and press hold. Downstairs set to 81
Leave used towels on the floor, if they are wet hang them up to dry. Leave the beds undone. Turn dishwasher on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
