We really enjoyed our stay, visiting Northwest Arkansas and Beaver Lake. The house has many great amenities and access to the lake. Checkin and communication was easy and the house is set up for everything you need.

The green cabin was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. Anita was great to communicate with and even offered a walkthrough when we arrived. The house was spotless and we liked having a washer and dryer available. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for making dinner at home….even spices. We loved how easy it was to access the lake and appreciated the use of the kayaks. The location was great and we will definitely stay here again!

Had an enjoyable stay at the property. Anita is an excellent host and communicator. Home was well supplied and clean. Rooms on lower level initially had a humid/damp smell but this dissipated over time. Unfortunately the water was muddy due to recent rains,but could see fishing and kayaking being great from the property with some better weather.

Great lakeside propery

The house was cute, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We made good use of the kayaks, dock, and hot tub. Anita was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Lake getaway

Lake side house

Anita is a wonderful host. Property borders the lake. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House very relaxing. Close to Springdale plus easy drive to historic sites in this part of Arkansas.

Wonderful!

This property was perfect! Everything was set up beautifully, home was well stocked with all the cooking essentials, and having extras like kayaks and fishing poles was definitely a plus. Having the swimming dock so close was wonderful for the hot summer days, and the fenced in backyard was great for the kids and safety. It was the perfect home away from home!
