The accommodation is located in Kérity, 50m from the sea, 300m from the small authentic port (bakery, restaurants, fishmonger, market on Wednesday mornings), 1 km from the Eckmül lighthouse, 5 kms from La Torche, the port of Guilvinec.
Accommodation of 90 m2, on one level (not accessible to people with reduced mobility). The living room is very bright and spacious and gives direct access to the terrace of 30m2 (with awning).

The accommodation is rated 3 stars (furnished tourist accommodation).
Ideal location for walks (50m of the GR34) or cycling along the seaside. ( cycle paths).
Rental 7 nights minimum.
Non-smoking house.
Pets are not allowed, even small ones.
During the winter months, heating costs will be borne by the holidaymaker (the metre specifies the actual charges).
Deposit of 500€ requested on arrival.
Towels not provided.
We ask you to return the house in the same condition as you found it. A cleaning fee is offered: 80€ to be paid on arrival.

Maison très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons passé cinq jours dans la maison de Claudie et de son mari qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Nous étions accompagnés pendant 3 jours d'un couple d'amis, nos filles adolescentes n'ayant finalement pas pu venir. La maison est arrangée avec goût et est tout à fait adaptée pour 4 adultes et deux enfants. Très bien située près de la plage, du port, des restaurants et des cafés, elle dispose d'une jolie petite terrasse très agréable. Elle est également très bien équipée. Le lit principal et celui des enfants sont d'un très bon confort. Et, en prime, on a eu du très beau temps. Parfait.
