The wooden terrace offers a chillout seating area.
The garden leads down to a gated riverside area with comfortable seating, perfect for evening aperitifs. For those who enjoy fishing, the Auvezere River is great for trout fishing and in the property you will find crayfish traps and a canoe.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living area with original high curbed ceilings, seating for 6 persons, 42 inch TV, ambiant lighting and french patio doors leading onto the balcony. The dining area, which also features the original high curbed ceilings, has a retro dining table that seats 6 persons and French patio doors leading onto the balcony. Throughout the property you will find fine art by local artists.
A 20m2 balcony offers outside dining and BBQ area, with stunning views of the river and the surrounding area.
