Chalet Les Ecureuils Super Allos - 8 Personnes

This elegant and spacious chalet, which has just been completed, will be the perfect place for your evenings with family or friends. Located in Super Allos, less than a minute’s drive from the centre of the village of Allos, you’ll be charmed by the incredible view offered by its location. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The property: A chalet of approximately 160 m², spread over 3 floors, laid out as follows:
* Ground floor: Main entrance, ski room, bathroom, laundry room (washing machine/dryer), utility room.
* Ground floor: Kitchen, living area (dining room, living room) with a fireplace, opening onto the terrace, separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm wide, for 2 people), and a shower room.
*On the second floor: TV and relaxation area, separate bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed (for 2 people), dormitory with 4 single beds (2 sets of 90-cm bunk beds for 4 people), and a bathroom.
* Outside: private, unfenced garden of approximately 550 m², 1 terrace

Guest access:
* Guests have access to the entire chalet except for one room located in the laundry room, which is locked.
* Guests will have access to the entire chalet except for one room located in the laundry room on the ground floor, which is locked.

Please remove your outdoor shoes inside the chalet. For your comfort, please bring appropriate indoor footwear (flip-flops, slippers, etc.)

Other important information to note:
** LINENS PROVIDED: Bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and blankets), bath mats, tea towels, and bath towels (1 per person + hand towels...)
** Proof of third-party insurance valid for the dates of your stay must be provided.

Additional rules:
- Please be considerate of the year-round residents in the area. For everyone’s peace and quiet, parties and loud noise are not permitted.
- No outdoor shoes inside
- Pets are not allowed.
- Do not use the fireplace.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin, but is allowed outdoors: please respect our beautiful natural surroundings and dispose of your cigarette butts—once fully extinguished—in the designated containers.
