Anella II is a magnificent three level, 5 bedroom villa offering a serene and private space with stylish furniture and fittings, situated on the less windy side of Camps Bay in a quiet, secure road. Anella II offers an escape with high level security and all the creature comforts you could want.
The Space:
One enters the villa where you will find the kitchen, dining and living areas. The lounge area flows onto a wooden terrace that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the famous Twelve Apostles mountain range.
All of the bedrooms are en-suite. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the top floor with the 5th bedroom located on the bottom floor.
On the lower level there is a further lounge and entertainment area that includes a pool table and bar area that leads onto the spacious pool deck.
Situated on the Glen side of Camps Bay on a quiet secure road, this is the perfect family villa.
This is a dedicated year-round self-catering vacation rental property that is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the property manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping services on request, and hotel grade amenities. The property manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. It was more difficult than usual as you really deal with Turnkey 365 rather than VRBO. It was hard to figure out upon arrival to know we were suppose to communicate to Turnkey & not VRBO. That was very unclear. Checking & checkout had additional forms required thru Turnkey separate from VRBO.Property was very nice & house staff great.
