Spacious, central and quiet apartment with flair

The quiet apartment is located in the popular Kiel district of Wik in the immediate vicinity of the Kiel Fjord and the Kiel Canal (Maritime Quarter). Thanks to its good transport connections, both the Olympiahafen in Schilksee and Kiel city center can be reached in a short time by car or public transport (direct bus connection). The bus stop is approx. 200 m away and buses to Kiel city center leave every 10 minutes.

The property is a beautiful, bright attic apartment on the 2nd Upper floor, located in a quiet residential street. The apartment is characterized by a modern floor plan with a large kitchen (dining area) and a large bathroom. The apartment has dormers and headroom in every room.

Within walking distance there are very good shopping facilities and beautiful local recreation areas (game reserve, Kiel Canal and Kiel Fjord). If you like, you can also reach them with our new 1-speed bicycles, which you can use free of charge!
