I booked a stay for 17 nights and was originally told my fee included daily cleaning. Later, I learned this was incorrect information provided by VRBO. I was refunded 200 for the misunderstanding and informed that my booking only included two cleanings — which I never received.When I first arrived, the only cleaning done was the floor, as my socks were turning black from walking around the unit.Additionally, the listing stated there was a grill and even showed a photo, but there was no grill anywhere on the property. The photos in the listing also did not match the actual unit: the pictures showed carpet, while our unit had hardwood floors and different furnishings such as lamp shades.On a positive note, the view was beautiful, and the front desk staff were excellent — very kind, helpful, and professional.
