Paradise Pines Villa: Parrot. (with back up generator)

Centrally located near Marsh Harbour (Central Pines) in the heart of Abaco. Our newly constructed 2 bedroom/2 Bath apartment unit is ideal for a couple or small family. We are reasonably close (8 minutes) to island hopping adventures, such as the ferry terminal to Hope Town, Guana Cay and Man O War. Additionally, we are a few minutes away from the main grocery stores, local restaurant/s, boating, fish and just a few minutes away from the Leonard Thompson International Airport.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely property and a great host.

Dielta was a wonderful and accommodating host and her property is nearly new, well kept, clean and conveniently located near the airport, ferry docks and restaurants and entertainment venues in Marsh Harbor. I'll definitely try to book this property on my next visit.

Perfect place for a stay

We came to fish and stayed here. Convenient to restaurants, the grocery store, and meeting up with our guides. All were only a short drive from here. Place was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Zero complaints. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Villa!!

We stayed here a couple days before our sailing adventure. This house has everything, the location is great! It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. The beds were all extremely comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking too.

All went very well. Abacos are still recovering from Dorian so expect some amount of confusion and lack of infrastructure, but the condo is great for 2 couples. Strongly suggest renting a car.

Fantastic communication

The property was clean, comfortable and great for our family. Communication with the host was top notch as they were able to guide us towards a rental car (we didn’t know taxis were so expensive), restaurants and nearby groceries. We would definitely recommend the priority and host.

Wow, Pelican was everything it was advertised to be only better! Great neighborhood, convenient to airport and town, super clean, totally up to date with excellent appliances, driveway for my rental car, incredibly comfortable and very nicely decorated. I loved it and it was perfect for my stay. Next time I'm passing through Marsh Harbour I am definitely booking Pelican
