Grand Waterfall: Save 15% Off 4+ Night Stay! (holidays excluded) "Grand Waterfall" is a spacious 4600 sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bath, lake front home with amazing views of Grand Lake, Streams and waterfalls. It features two master suites with King beds, and two secondary suites with double queen (4) beds, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds (4 beds). All beds are premium, comfortable beds. Grand Waterfall is located in a premium gated community and is a lake front home that is nestled between and 25' Hawaiian - like waterfall and the Grand Lake shoreline. The home features a open floor plan with premium furniture, gas log fireplace, three levels of patios, built in gas grill, firepit, Secondary kitchenette on lower level, five tvs ranging from 43" - 72" with Xbox available, Short walk to community pool, fishing ponds and dock, 1/4 mile from grocery store, liquor store, and hardware store. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and all necessary appliances! There are 3 boat docks available for guest to park their boats on the outside of docks, the covered boat slips are owned and occupied by homeowners and not available for guests. You cant go wrong with booking "Grand Waterfall"! On-site Boat Rentals, Inquire for details! Also, we now have recommended in-rental home provisions, chef and massage therapy services available! Details available after booking!

The house was really beautiful. The view when you stand in the kitchen is so peaceful. Right next door to the deck is the huge waterfall so when you sit outside you can hear it and we couldn't have loved that anymore.

Leadership Retreat with a View

WOW! This property is beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the soaking tubs and showers were next level. Our group had an incredible time and had plenty of room to spread out in the house, never feeling like we were on top of each other. I highly recommend staying here!

The kids were beyond excited about the room they had in the basement. The small ponds outside the house were great for lots of easy fish catching with hotdogs for kids (with extra poles even provided by owner!) Spotless. Can’t wait to rent again.

We so enjoyed our stay at this amazing property! 3 levels with decks on each level. Main Level: Well stocked kitchen, large living area, washer and dryer, and a master bedroom and large deck. Upstairs two large bedrooms with a sitting area and basement with two large rooms and two bathrooms. The basement also has a large sitting area and bar with is fabulous! Access to a pool and a dock for your boat make this property even more enticing! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The rental property was perfect. The pool water was green in the complex and seemed really high in chemical. There is a so no real slot to hang out waterside. With that being said, the property itself was fabulous and our host was helpful and courteous

A needed stay

We were ripping out carpets in our home and needed a place to stay. The home was beautiful. It has a great view of the sunrise in the morning from off the rear decks and the sun setting at night was also relaxing. The community was perfect with walking trails and a community pool which we used daily. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if you desire. Home is neat and tidy. Mike was great to work with and we look forward to checking out more of his rentals. It was perfect for our family.

This is a beautiful place, well worth renting! Plenty of space for three or even more families! Kitchen is stocked for anything you might want to cook! View is beautiful and the inside spaces are open and inviting. Bathrooms are well-designed and the ones with bathtubs are way over-the top! Overall, a lovely place!

Lake view and waterfall dream house!!

Excellent beds, showers, and OMG the 3 soaking tubs!! TV’s in every room, one cook out patio, one fire pit patio and my favorite was the top story private balcony where you can relax to the sound of the waterfall and drown out all your stresses! The manager was excellent, available and very helpful. Definitely recommend for a relaxing time with large groups, we had 12.

Wonderful!

The waterfall property at south shore is amazing! The location is so easy to get to and located at a great spot on south grand lake. The property has everything you need! The kitchen has all things! We had 3 families and 6 small kids and never felt cramped. The Dock is easy to walk to and the pontoon we rented was perfect. We would definitely recommend!
