This sunny apartment is a guest favorite thanks to its large French windows facing onto the Champ de Mars gardens, with a stellar view of the nearby Eiffel Tower through the trees. The Saint Julien is both stately and inviting, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an artful blend of antique pieces and modern décor that is sure to charm any Paris traveler.

The LIVING AREA is an exemplary lesson in style and functionality. The sofa converts into a single bed with a trundle that slides out and pops up neatly, perfect for extra sleeping space. The dining area shines with sunlight and provides an intimate setting for dinners and lazy breakfasts. The open plan fully equipped kitchen is perfect for both casual and more elaborate meal preparations.

In terms of BED & BATH, Saint Julien exudes style with its gorgeous wood floors, fine details, and blend of antique décor and modern amenities which extends into the bedrooms and baths. This comfortable apartment sleeps up to five guests: charming bedroom 1 features lovely views of the Champ de Mars while bedroom 2 overlooks the courtyard. Bathroom 1 is ensuite with a shower and sink. In true European style the toilet is in a separate powder room. Bathroom 2 offers a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has a large French window overlooking the courtyard.

We loved everything about the Paris Perfect experience. Everyone we communicated with was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. The Saint Julien Apartment was exactly what we needed for a wonderful visit to Paris. For us, the location was perfect for sightseeing and we found everything we needed within walking distances down Rue St Dominique! 4 out of 5 stars only because the master bedroom was extremely small.

Paris Perfect - St Julien

My family- husband and 2 teenage daughters of St. Julien apartment! It was a wonderful location with lots of fantastic restaurants right down the street. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Having 2 bathrooms with teenage daughters was a big plus as was having a washer and dryer. We hope to returning the near future and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. We have rented apartments in Paris for many years, and this is one of the best! Property management was top notch. Apartment was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. We stayed one week with our 3 adult granddaughters and never felt crowded. Kitchen was more than adequately equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very luxurious. We would stay here again, or in any apartment run by Paris Perfect!

We spent a delightful week in the Saint Julien on our first visit to Paris. The location is ideal, just a few steps to wonderful patisseries and cafes. We were there during the 2016 Euros and despite large crowds nearby the apartment was extremely quiet. A small disadvantage is the metro is a bit of a hike but you can catch a bus or easily hail a taxi in the area. The apartment is bright and very comfortable. We would certainly return to this lovely apartment for another stay.

Amazing location and great apartment

We just returned from an 8 night stay in the this apartment. We had 2 adults and 3 children and we all fit nicely. The apartment is in a great location. We were never more than a short Metro ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment is very clean and has the bonus of air conditioning and a lift if you need it. It has nice large windows that open so you can enjoy the fresh air and the streets below. It is very convenient to the Rue Cler neighborhood and plenty of great food if you stay off of the touristy main street. In the winter months, you can see the Eiffel Tower directly from the apartment windows, but during the summer the leaves on the trees block it.

Amazing Location, quiet, good light, well maintained and great service.

We spent a great handful of days in this property in Paris. Best value is the location, cleanness and quietness. The apartment is a good mix of traditional style and well maintained, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The third floor walk-up was fine for us, there is a small elevator available. We were unlucky with a first floor neighbor with strong cooking habits. Very quiet apartment, great for sleeping and resting, good daylight and views. Perfectly equipped, amazing service and communication from the manager. Bummer to face additional charges for late check-in. Soft mattress.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this apartment and would definitely request it again. We are familiar with the building because we have rented the apartment next to it (Volnay) twice. The location is a short walk to Rue Cler market street and to Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum. St. Julien has a panoramic view of the Champs de Mars from a wall of windows across the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room which worked out very well. The decor is charming, with cheerful blue and white checks in the living room and yellow and white in the bedroom. Having a second bathroom was a luxury for the two of us. Because part of the living room closes off to create a second bedroom, St. Julien would be great for two couples or a couple with a child or two. We are huge Paris Perfect fans and already planning our next trip.

Saint Michel

We originally stayed in Bordeaux and then moved to Saint Michel as Bordeaux was across from the Euro 2016 Fan Zone and we were unable to sleep for the first three nights. Under any other circumstances, Bordeaux would have been wonderful. We were very thankful to have been moved to Saint Michel. While we would have typically been concerned about the noise on Blvd. Saint Michel, we knew it would have to be quieter than the fan zone. However, the apartment was very quiet and you could not hear the street noise. The bedrooms are quite small with virtually no storage space but the living space is wonderful, particularly the terrace overlooking many of the major sites of Paris. It is also very well situated.

Apartment was in a great location with lots of food options (grocery and restaurant) in the immediate, walkable area. It felt safe and secure. The communication with the owners/agency was outstanding. We used several recommendations from the guest portal website and were happy with all of them. Apartment was immaculately clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Beds were comfortable with good sheets and bathrooms all worked well. WiFi was easy and fast. Negatives: hallways was dark and kind of dirty, elevator did not work (common in old Paris buildings), and the unit was noisy at night, especially Friday with street noise. They could improve the furniture in the living room- one sofa bed and an uncomfortable chair, wouldn’t be enough for hanging out with more than 2 people if you intended to spend a lot of time inside. Overall we were very happy, and felt it was good value for 2 adults traveling. Would also be suitable for a family group.

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in super Lage !!!

Diese review ist in Deutsch, damit diese vielleicht auch in Deutschland gelesen werden kann. Der Kontakt mit Paris perfect war unkompliziert und nett. Die Wohnung ist spitze und die Lage unschlagbar. Gleich um die Ecke der Eiffelturm und vor der Haustür drei Buslinien, die fast alle Ziele in Paris erreichen. So haben wir fast nur den Bus benutzt und so auch viel mehr von der Stadt gesehen als mit der Metro. Um die ecke gibt es einen Bäcker mit fantastischem Baguette und leckeren Törtchen. Auch der Supermarkt G20 ist gleich daneben und so konnten wir in der Wohnung gut kochen und essen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Badewanne vielleicht etwas klein für große Menschen. Auch die Waschmaschine hat uns gute Dienste geleistet. Die Klimageräte haben wir zum Glück nicht benötigt, sind aber in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Paris und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden diese auch wieder mieten. Herzlichen Dank!!!

“We had a lovely experience during our week renting the St. Julien apartment in December, 2015. We were initially booked for the Pomerol but there was work being done in that building when we arrived so Paris Perfect offered to upgrade us to the St. Julien at no additional cost which turned out to be just fine. The apartment is very commodious for two people, even having two bathrooms and an extra "sitting room" which was great for storing the luggage. Beautifully decorated, the St. Julien has every accoutrement you could desire, including a Nespresso machine--so wonderful before setting out for a long day of walking! The only "tight squeeze" in the apartment is the bedroom where the queen-size bed is a bit tight against the outside wall and very near the luxurious, pooling draperies The best part about the St. Julien is the location: 7th Arr., diagonal from the Champs du Mars and Eiffel Tower, right on the corner of the Rue St. Dominique and a stone's throw from the Rue Cler. There is really good shopping around this area and you can walk to Paris Perfect's office around the corner, bus stops and taxi stands are just across the street, a bakery is right next door (one of two on the block, along with a market, a vegetable/fruit stand, a wine shop, a chocolatier, two cheesy souvenir shops, a pharmacy and many wonderful restaurants.) In my opinion, this part of the 7th is the best location for restaurants in Paris and you can easily walk throughout the 7th and over to the 15th (which has a wonderful outdoor market on Wednesdays and Sundays) and the Rue de Commerce. The whole area is a less "manic" Paris, and, in parts, more like a high-class neighborhood. Major bus lines collide here and you can go virtually anywhere and enjoy the scenery as well.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable. The true bonus was having a water closet plus a bath room with a toilet! The neighborhood is wonderful. We've been coming here a long time and this area feels like a second home to us. The various restaurant and shopping suggestions in the booklet in the apartment are quite good and frankly probably all you need for going out unless you want to go to a Michelin starred restaurant. We'll be back.

Saint Julien is a lovely apartment: comfortable, attractive, ideally located for sight-seeing and enjoying neighborhood life in the 7th Arr of Paris. Although located in a very active neighborhood, it is quiet in the building and in the apartment. Wonderful patisseries, fromageries, green groceres and restaurants are literally steps away. The windows look out on an attractive street scene and treetops. The small kitchen works well for light cooking and the bathrooms are attractive and function well. Although ample for a couple, it would be cramped if you actually used the "2nd bedroom" as a sleeping area for anyone other than a very enjoyable and tidy child. We loved our time there. I already wrote my only complaint about the apartment: There is no real view of the Eiffel Tower, which I had specifically requested. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris (which included the terrorist attack on 11/13 (!) which the staff handled with calm and sensitivity) and will stay with you again. Staying with Paris Perfect (or London or Rome) is my favorite way to experience life in the city.

Overall, the apartment was great.

The apartment was very nicely laid out. The furnishings were lovely. A little disappointed in the view. The Eiffel Tower could not be seen thru the trees. The only issue we had was the washing machine was not functioning properly and the service man did not arrive when scheduled. All in all, the stay was lovely and would love to return. We loved the café below us and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

The Saint Julien was indeed the "Perfect Paris" apartment for us. This being the second time we had rented from you (the first was a very nice apartment off Blvd. Raspaill in 2010),we knew what to expect and, I must say that, if anything, your company has become more efficient and customer oriented over the 5 year period. From first contact in reservations to greeting to service with minor maintenance issues. you made our 5 weeks in Paris truly magical. The location of the apartment was fantastic, and the neighborhood gave us the feeling of being true Parisiens. Nightly strolls to watch the hourly light show at the Eiffel Tower became favorite pass times for us and our guests, and the Saint Julien was perfect for us to act as hosts to our friends for a week. Thanks for a memorable vacation, and we will definitely be return customers...for a third, fourth,...time!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with children ages 10 and 12. The space was well arranged for living and sleeping, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, nice linens, and bonus of a second bathroom and laundry. The location was convenient for kids seeing the Eiffel Tower, and for travelling around via the Metro. The neighborhood had nice markets and restaurants. Paris Perfect provided all the necessary information about arrival and getting around and Sam gave a wonderful introduction to the apartment and neighborhood. Will definitely go for a Paris Perfect apartment and St Julien was awesome for a family vacation!

Great apartment and location. Well kept. Bathrooms are very modern. Safe location. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 4 which include 2 adults, one 8 year old and a 1 year old. It is walking distance to Champs de Mar, Effifel Tower and Rue de Cler. There are some great stores in the neighborhood also for those who like to shop. Paris perfect was very responsive to our requests. We plan on returning to Paris in near future and will definite stay with them again.

Our stay in Paris was delightful. The Saint Julien apartment was perfect, the staff very welcoming, helpful and courteous. Perfect!!

We were very impressed with the apartment and we are sold on Paris Perfect! A most professional outfit. Our greeter was waiting in the apartment for our arrival and explained all in detail. The guide in the apartment was invaluable for information. Suppies for everything there, plus all soaps, Nespresso and pods, too. Very nicely decorated. Bathrooms great, water pressure great, hairdryers. Perfect location with Eiffel Tower 2 blocks away. Definitely recommend the St. Julien and Paris Perfect!

“The Saint Julien apartment provided our family of 5 comfort and convenience in a fantastic location. After a long day of trekking around Paris, we sat with a glass of wine and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle out of the living room windows. From the beginning of our trip, Paris Perfect made it simple. We stored our bags for a few hours at the office after an all night flight, then they met us at the apartment to show us the apartment and amenities. The apartment clean, very functional, and totally secure. We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you.”

Live like a Parisian

A beautiful apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. The Eiffel Tower is out your dining room window and a wonderful neighborhood is right out your front door. Cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shopping and Rue Cler are just a short walk down the street. Metro/RER is a short of a walk that takes you past the Eiffel Tower and all her glory. This location is a wonderful to experience all Paris has to offer.

It’s a beautiful old quartier that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can truly experience the joy of living like a Parisian. And of course, the 7th arrondissement is home to one of the world’s most visited attractions – the Eiffel Tower! For many of our guests their apartment with a view of “La Grand Dame” is the most memorable part of their vacation as they enjoy front row seats to the nightly light show from the comfort of their private balcony or living room.

Enjoy a café’ au lait along the wonderful rue Cler market street, filled with cafés, restaurants, specialty food stores and fresh fruit and vegetable stalls. Do a spot of window shopping along Rue Saint Dominique or have a picnic in the beautiful Champ de Mars, a beautiful outdoor space with playgrounds, walking tracks and gardens at the base of the Eiffel Tower. You are walking distance to many of Paris’ most popular sights including Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Army Museum, Rodin Museum, and the Orsay Museum. You can also cross the river to the Right Bank for fabulous world-class shopping or hop on a bus or train to Notre Dame, Louvre, department stores, Moulin Rouge and more!

The 7th arrondissement is one of the safest in Paris; it costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make their suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
