Renovated farmhouse with 3 bedrooms:
- On the ground floor: bedroom with 160 cm bed + bathroom + toilets
-1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed + bathroom + WC. 1 bedroom is equipped with a cabin bed 140x75 cm 6 years old child maximum. Possibility to add 1x90 cm single beds in 1 bedroom and/or baby bed.

Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, TV lounge 140 cm/dining room, lounge with fireplace, dressing room and laundry room.
Outside, large wooded garden with 11.50 m swimming pool with paddling pool, ideal design for families with children. Hut for children.
The house is located in the Rhône valley, 10 minutes from the A7 motorway, allowing easy access to all the touristic sites in the region (Ardèche Gorges, Drôme Provençale, Vercors and Alps etc.)

La maison a beaucoup de charme. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité. L’endroit est retiré et très au calme. La piscine est grande et spacieuse. On peut profiter des longues soirée d été sur la terrasse. Claire et Jean-Marie sont très accueillants, disponibles et à l’écoute des hôtes. Je recommande vivement. Merci Claire et Jean-Marie pour votre hospitalité.

Très beau séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Le grand jardin et la piscine sont particulièrement agréables et permettent de profiter pleinement des vacances en famille.La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir l’Ardèche et les environs. Claire et son mari ont été disponibles et très sympathiques lors de nos échanges.Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Accueil très bienveillant et chaleureux!Un lieu rempli de charme, tout confort, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, où il fait bon de séjourner. Les extérieurs sont des plus agréables, au calme, avec vue sur de beaux paysages. Un lieu qui respire la sérénité, idéal pour se ressourcer et séjourner dans la bonne humeur. Je vais en garder un très bon souvenir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claire et Jean-Marie qui sont des hôtes charmants. La réservation est en tous points conforme à l'annonce. Idéal pour passer un séjour au calme en famille. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.
