You’re going to love this! The house is central to everything. World-Famous beaches 15 minutes away. Explore up-and-down the coast... Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Coquina, Longboat, Lido, Siesta, etc. etc. Downtown Bradenton (incl Bishop Museum, RiverWalk and Pier 22 Restaurant) only 1 mile away. Tampa and Sarasota attractions, including the Ringling Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Busch Gardens, St. Pete's Pier, wildlife Preserves all around… fun for the whole family!

This is a new 4 bedroom/3 bath Key West style home. Open, light and bright. Heated pool in the backyard! Come work remotely with office/desk space in one of the rooms... including an extra monitor, mouse and printer upon request. High-speed 400MB internet. Two master bedrooms w/private bathrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen. Equipped with 4 TV's... Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Prime Video are all included! We understand families need toys, books and beach gear while on vacation... so we're sharing those too!

Pets need prior approval from the owner. Non-refundable pet fee will be required if accepted. Arlo security system on the front of the property.

The communication was fantastic, the place was spacious, and the pool was perfect for dip and a great place for us to relax. Great central location made it a nice drive to the beaches, museum, aquarium and restaurants. We all agreed we would come back and stay here again. This would be a great place to stay for a family.

Really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to text for any questions. House was very clean and roomy. Pool area is nice. Although fell short of a pure excellent experience. The pool was not dirty, sandy and water not clear at all. Lawn was very tall, it is Florida so we were probably just unlucky and if mowed weekly we may have been there on the tail end of the mow schedule , but it didn’t allow us to kick the soccer ball around due to high grass. Pool was also missing the two umbrellas shown in the pictures. Nonetheless, we still had plenty of fun the kids enjoyed it. But had the pool been more clear and lawn mowed it would have been a 10/10! I’m not picky , others may have had more issue with these shortfalls.

This is by far my favorite vacation rental I've ever booked. The owner has done an incredible job remodeling the home. The tile floors and the quatrefoil tile in the shower are beautiful! The house was very clean. If I could relocate the house to the Anna Maria Island, it would be the perfect vacation spot! After driving 11.5 hours with 4 kids, it was nice to have an easy check-in. The owner has left plenty of things for use (trash bags, laundry/dishwashing pods, and TP and paper towels. The one thing that isn't easily controlled, is the amount of vegetation that blows into the pool. Every day, we would clean the pool, and it would be just as dirty the next day. The owner left the vacuum, and as pool owners, we felt comfortable just taking matters into our own hands to clean each day. The house next door has obvious issues that cause mosquitoes in the back yard, so bug spray is definitely needed! The beach chairs were very much appreciated each day, as we were out of room to haul anything else from NC! Haha. The green/pink dishrags were one of my favorite things. I need some of those! Please share where they came from. Do not hesitate to book this property if you are willing to make the drive to the beach. We also have Legoland season passes, and we drove the hour and a half one day to get there. WHEN we return to Amelia Island in the future, if we do not stay on the island, we will definitely book this location again!
