Property was just as nice as the pictures!! The hot tub was amazing!! My only complaint is that we did too much other stuff and didn’t spend enough time at the cabin!!

The cabin was beautiful and very clean! Loved the sound of the creek and the privacy without being too far away from attractions for the kids!

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your review of the property and thank you for being such a great guest. Dreams and Streams will always have its door open for you and your family.
We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the playroom and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for all 10 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. The views of the river below is beautiful. We wished we could have stayed one more night.

Such a lovely, peaceful, & secluded property! Very clean! Almost booked again through the weekend. Will be back! 20/10 review truly! Perfect location also, between all the towns, but out of the hustle & bustle of everything. No steep incline to get to cabin either. Very easily accessed from the hwy.

Very enjoyable escape to the Smoky Mountains. My kids loved it there. Needed help with the hot tub on our first day and someone came over right away to take care of it.

Great property in a nice little spot in the valley with relaxing sounds of the stream. My family absolutely loved it and had a blast! Communication was great and check in/out was a breeze. Would highly recommend and stay again!
I would recommend a little more deck furniture in the future.

Our family loved this beautiful cabin. The owners were so kind and thought of everything. If you are looking for a luxurious place to relax and unwind.....this is it. Located close enough to all of the excitement of PF but far enough away for serenity.

We enjoyed the location of this home, the fact that it was right at the river, and the ease of help with the owners of the property. We struggled with the keypad right when we got there, but they immediately responded and we were in quickly without any issue. I just wish we had the time to stay longer than for a weekend. It was a nice stay, and the floorplan of the house worked really well for our family!

This was such a great house for our family vacation. It was beautiful with amazing scenery. Kitchen had great collection of accessories. The owners were very thoughtful and considerate. I loved that there wasn't a long list of things to do before checking out.

It was on my dad's bucket list to take us all to TN. From the location near town & close by a creek, to the pool room and hot tub, we all had a blast. Beautiful home that brought relaxation & fun! Thank you!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin last weekend and we had a wonderful time. I am looking forward to getting to stay at this cabin again. This cabin was the cleanest cabin I’ve ever stayed in. It was everything you needed to make your vacation great. The games were excellent, the living room was very nice for sitting with the family, the bedrooms was great size and comfortable and the kitchen was great, it had everything you could want or need to have a great meal. The porch was great and I loved being near the river. Great cabin!

The house held our family of 7 well, plenty of space for gatherings, meals and the game room was an added bonus. The hot tub was clean, worked well and got plenty hot. Kitchen was clean and well stocked for anything we needed to cook. NegativesUpon arrival We had to clear large branches off the driveway and many branches that had fallen on the deck and stairs. Beds were all very hard making sleeping uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback, Michael.
We have received comments from other guests stating that the beds were too soft. While we strive to provide comfortable accommodations for all our guests, we understand that individual preferences vary.
Regarding the fallen branches, we experienced strong winds on the day of your arrival. Our cleaning staff typically ensures that any branches are removed from the grounds and deck during their cleaning routine.
Your feedback is valuable to us. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
Charming cabin set next to a beautiful creek. Comfortable layout and for the 5 of us that stayed (2 adults, one college student and 2 tweens) there was plenty of space to gather together but also get some alone time. Very convenient to the parkway and Dollywood. Grill and hot tub were in good condition and the kids loved playing and exploring around the creek. Really appreciated the kitchen set up and all the amenities. Plenty of dishes, towels and blankets to go around.

We stayed four nights at this property and loved every minute of it! The property is beautiful and well kept. It is so peaceful to sit on the deck surrounded by trees and simply listening to the sounds of the flowing water especially after a long day of hiking or participating in nearby tourist attractions. My children enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when we revisit the Smoky Mountains. Thanks for helping to make our trip such an outstanding experience!

Hi Joe,
We are so thrilled you and your family had enjoyed every minute at the cabin. Sitting on the deck listening to the sounds of the streams is also my favorite part of the day. We would love to host you again anytime.
The home was nice. Could have used a little more cleaning, like cob webs, dirty sky lights. Didn't like the location on a curve, hard to see traffic at least it was a pull through driveway.
The cabin itself was comfortable for the family of 11.

Nice house, very clean. Listing mentions only cons we noticed. If you plan to cook, bring Tupperware for leftovers, none provided. Hair dryers also not provided. House was convenient to pigeon forge and back entrance to national park.

Thank you, Erin, for your feedback on the dryers. We will double check with our cleaners. They usually are either in the drawers and under the sink. We enjoyed hosting you and your family.
We loved having the room for the amount of people that were in attendance with us for the weekend. The only downside of anything is that it is not noted in the location or description that the property is in a blind curve and that it's right next to a heavily traveled road. Overall amazing weekend with family and friends.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Vague listing and not family friendly
The cabin was clean and well stocked but that’s unfortunately the only positive I can give for this cabin. Its proximity to the road was extremely loud at all times of the day and night. The listing only says this is a potential con “if there’s heavy traffic” but that road is heavily trafficked no matter what.
In addition, it was stressful to be here with a toddler because she could fit through all the slats around the stairs and railings. The owner said they passed inspection but I still would just like other families to be aware of this because it was stressful to make sure our child stayed safe.
On the topic of child safety, large pieces of furniture are not mounted. A large armoire fell on my 5 year old (with no fault of her own, she was just getting her things from the bottom of it.) She left covered in bruises along with her and my other children traumatized from the event, and I was charged a hefty fee to replace the broken hinges. The negligence of unmounted heavy furniture could have ended very differently and I hope that isn’t the case for anyone else’s family.

We have hosted over 900 nights with consistently high ratings from multiple platforms, averaging 5 stars from guests. However, we take full responsibility when we fall short and sincerely apologize for not meeting expectations in this case. Guest satisfaction is our top priority as hosts.
We are sorry that we missed the mark for Megan. While we cannot guarantee perfection 100% of the time, we always strive to provide a comfortable stay. We take pride in the consistent feedback we've received from past guests about the property’s quality, privacy, beautiful views, prime location, cleanliness, and overall vacation experience.
We only heard from Megan once during her stay regarding turning off lights, and addressed what we could in our power immediately.
Regarding the road noise, it is clearly listed as one of the cons in our listing. While most of our guests have not found it to be an issue, we understand that everyone has different sensitivities to noise. We strive to be transparent about this in the listing.
Regarding the armoire, we are unsure how it could have fallen over, as it is a solid wood piece that required three adultsnto carry upstairs. Megan did not mention the broken armoire door during her stay or after checkout. However, our cleaners found it moved from its original spot, with the door completely detached and ripped from the hinge. We only withdrew deposit the amount our handyman charged us and sent the actual invoice for reference.

I love to travel, meeting new people and learn about their cultures. I also am a foodie. However, I don’t think I am too picky when it comes to food. I just love eating. I recently start learning salsa dancing and try to get better at it. I usually make attempt to go dancing on my trips as well. I am pretty chill and relax for the most part. Give me coffee and you’ll make me happy.
I welcome constructive feedback and suggestions that can improve future guests experiences.
