This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay! It was clean and set up perfectly and in a convenient location. Only negative was a lot of street noise early in the morning.
It was basically the great one bedroom apartment perfectly clean and in a fabulous location. It came with towels a full cook set and silverware plus coffee my only complaint is that they should put a gram bar in the shower it was a little treacherous humping in and out aside for that it was great
We had a great time, walking distance to the french quarter, but still a quiet place to retreat to when we were ready. A really great condo, would definitely stay here again.
Walking distance from French Quarter and trolleys, driving distance from garden district/magazine st shops, and helpful nearby walmart for stuff you forgot to pack. No parking, but there's a pay to part lot up the street that's a LITTLE steep price but not too bad and it's only like 2 blocks away from the unit. Be mindful NOLA is hot humid and rainy in June if you come in June because we weren't prepared for the rain, and my sister had trouble walking around a lot in the heat.
We had a great time. Everything went smoothly.
Only slight issues was some noise above us. Not a deal breaker but should be noted.
Overall, fantastic!

Good location
Overall a good place to say with easy access to French Quarters. Provisions in apartment were great and all was clean with exceptions if wood floors which were dirty and somewhat sticky. Located in apartment style building and every morning the stench of pot was extremely overwhelming. Not opposed to people using weed but try to be considerate of others. I believe the no smoking policy incudes pot. Other than that a really good place to stay. Felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
This location was convenient too many places, including a couple of blocks from the trolley stop. Each time we entered the condo. There was an odd musty smell. We couldn’t open the window which would’ve helped. Also, a rug in the living area would warm the place up and remove the sterile filling it had.. Needs a new mattress but all accommodations were stated. The rooftop had an excellent view, and we coined the rooftop bar! It was bring your own!
Had an awesome time in New Orleans. Location is a fantastic place to start the trek to any of the popular locations. Condo is equipped for all of the basic needs. Was comfortable, but not at all fancy. Only issues we had were the doors to the bathroom could use some adjusting and the bed really needs some attention. It squeaks with every move..Maybe just some tightening of the frame? Outside of the landlords control is the loading dock below. that was quite loud if you aren't used to the city.
Great location! Very easy to access downtown. A little confusing at first to find the door to get in. But once you see it; it makes sense. Its side a little store front door into a small lobby room. We parked in the garage about 1/2 a block to the east. Easy access and payment. It was about 37 a night. The room was great, the view from the window in your living room faces a brick wall of a hotel. The TV didn’t work hardly at all. We had walked all day and came back to kick our feet up. The TV screen is a shade of blue and will turn all green and definitely needs to be replaced. So if you have bad weather or want to relax. Bring a computer or something to watch if that’s your thing. The room is at the end of the hallway and next to the metal staircase. Very loud at night and early mornings. But this stay was pretty much just a place to sleep. Well worth it and convenient.
We came to New Orleans for Jazz Fest. We selected the apartment for it location across the road from Ruby Slipper (where we ate breakfast 8 out of the 9 days we were in town). It was also just a block from the Jazz Fest shuttle, an easy walk to the French Quarter, and close to a stop for the St. Charles Trolley to the Garden District. Overall, the location really could not have been better.
Management was very responsive. When we arrived we were afraid the curtain rod for the shower was going to fall out of the wall. We notified management when we went out the first morning, and the curtain was fixed by the end of the day when we returned.
My one complaint is that I like my room cold when I sleep. We turned the A/C down to 72, and the A/C seemed to be running all the time, but the temperature never got below 75, and was as high a 77 at times. There were ceiling fans so it was not uncomfortable, but cooler would have been preferred. We did not raise this issue with management, so maybe there was a fix that could have been done.
