Gîte 4 Personnes à Saint-saturnin-lès-apt Dans le Luberon

It is with pleasure that we welcome you to a pretty old Provençal house, carefully restored, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park.
The small peaceful hamlet of Redons, 15km from Gordes, 10km from Apt, and about 55km from Avignon, is attached to the commune of Saint Saturnin-Lès-Apt in the Vaucluse, and located near the Mont-Ventoux massifs,
The village of Saint Saturnin-Lès-Apt contains pretty monuments to contemplate such as the remains of its ramparts and the medieval village, its small castle chapel, its mill, its dam, its path of ewers etc...
The canton of Apt is rich in magnificent villages to enjoy and explore such as Gordes and its bories, Roussillon and its ochres, Saignon and its rock, Menerbes, Lacoste, Viens and their remarkable streets, etc..
Must-see sites are to be visited such as the Colorado Provençal of Rustrel, or La Fontaine-de-Vaucluse known as the source of the Sorgue.
Near the LeGrand gîte, you will have the opportunity to practice for nature lovers, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding (Roussillon), canoeing and kayaking at 33 km (Fontaine-de-Vaucluse).
At 3 km, in the village of Saint-Saturnin les Apt, you will find various shops with local products, restaurants, cafes, bakery, a municipal swimming pool etc... And 10 km away, in Apt for larger purchases (shopping centres, petrol stations etc...). The Apt market, labelled in 1996, "exceptional French market" has been taking place every Saturday morning since the (XVIth century). Many shopkeepers exhibit in the streets and squares of the city.

Our small house of 70 m² consists of:
- a living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a bench and a floor lamp.
- a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, an electric plancha, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils, a board and an iron etc...
- two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed (for 2 people) with blankets and duvets, a desk with lamp, a bedside table on each side of the bed, a clothes rack, a mirror cabinet, and a pedestal fan.
- a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
- a separate toilet on the ground floor.
- a fibre internet connection with WIFI, including Orange TV (TNT channels).
- a drinking video projector equipped with Google TV. The main streaming video service applications are installed (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, Paramount+, Max, Crunchyroll, ADN, RakutenTV, Viki, OCS, Okoo, Youtube...),
You will need to have your own personal account (username and password).
- a mobile Bluetooth speaker to listen to a playlist from a smartphone, for example.

The construction, due to its old design (stone structure), and following its renovation (interior insulation and recent joinery) offers a natural freshness.
However, to cope with the high summer heat, pedestal fans are present (in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen).

The exterior is laid out:
- a space adjoining the house with a table and two benches, a power socket to connect the electric plancha, lighting on the façade, and a parking space for the vehicle.
- an independent fenced garden area, with two deckchairs, two deckchairs, a table and four chairs.
- a closed room adjoining the garden area, allowing bicycles to be stored.

Pets are not allowed, even small ones.

You are asked not to smoke in the house.
