Pirates Weekend

This property is super nice. We loved the layout of the house. We walked to the beach each day, with all our gear with no problems. The property is close to all the hot spots, easy enough to walk to or drive. We will be back. Thanks!

Beach cottage

We had so much fun at this cute little cottage! Our trip included my sister and her daughter along with myself and my daughter. The house was spacious, clean and updated. Biggest perks is that it is within steps of the beach but also in walking distance of cute shops, churches and yummy dining. Definitely would recommend!!

Perfect for a Quick Getaway

Fall Break girls trip. We drove in on Sunday and left Tuesday. The house is in a perfect location and had exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Well-appointed. Thanks for having us!

Nice with some improvements

Front porch could use some seating. Lawn not cut upon arrival but 2 days later was cut. Water damage in living room and master bathroom. Slight odor upon entering property. Downpouring rain makes leaving side door bad with no covering. Dryer was not drying clothes properly. Had to put on multiple cycles..hall bathroom cabinet had some damage by toilet prior to arrival. Doors to washer/dryer off track prior to arrival.

This home was perfect! It was clean, the yard was well maintained, the kitchen was fully functional and stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it’s close to downtown and a fishing pier. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in the home- updated furniture, and it’s beautifully decorated. We are already planning our next stay.

Bay St. Louis 103 Washington Street House

The place was very much what we had expected. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance if you are so inclined. Couple suggestions (not to be taken as criticism), Put a proper shade on master bedroom window. The street light is a deterrent to sleep - shining all night. A little more comfortable kitchen table. Possibly smaller. All in all, we enjoyed the place.

Wonderful!

Loved everything about this place…. Great neighborhood, close to the beach and convenient to all of the restaurants. Few things I would recommend is that they have a nicer place to sit outside other than the front porch. The outdoor furniture is old and worn down and is basically in the driveway. Maybe build a deck or something. Also some cosmetic repairs are needed from apparent water damage inside. It would just look alot nicer if those simple things were done. Other than that, probably one of my favorite VRBO’s.

Beautiful place, needs some maintenance.

Great place, great view! Very clean. Needs some maintenance. Had major leak in living room and came through ceiling vent in dining area. Noticed there had been leak in the past by discoloration. Owner notified and was surprised by our problems and we reimbursed part of our stay. Outside furniture in sitting area is unuseable due to mold and mildew smell.

Great location

We were there this past weekend. House is very pretty. I agree with the person who said the dining area was non usable. Stools were adjusted all the way down yet still too high. Our legs did not fit under the table. And the “bench” is not a bench. It is the coffee table that matches the living room furniture. Table was too big for the area. Now for pros! Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. I love the farmhouse sink. The bathrooms were great, clean and lots of towels. I slept in the master. Very comfortable bed. I slept so well. All in all, this place is nice and omg those beautiful floors! The only thing I would add would be maybe chairs on sweet front porch to sit in morning and evening to watch bay. Perfect view from the porch.

We choose this property because of the wonderful location and unobstructed views of the gulf. We are close to the beach, boat ramp and the entertainment district of Old Town is a short walk from the home.

We park our car at the public lot nearby and walk everywhere. We hope you enjoy the home as much as we do.
