The oversized pool, private beach area and swaying palms provide an idyllic vacation paradise.

Situated on Millionaire’s Row at MM 89, Tarpon Harbor is close to every fun activity the area has to offer. Jog or bicycle the Old Highway and plan your day with water activities or just lounging in the sun. Enjoy the oversized swimming pool and hot tub or head to the ocean to kayak or paddle board. The home provides equipment for outdoor activities such as a putting green, Corn Hole, paddle boarding (2), kayaking (3), bicycling (1) and mini sand volleyball. The expansive deep-water dock with underwater lighting at the end of the dock makes night fishing especially intriguing and provides amazing views of underwater sea life. The theatre/media room is located on the first floor for your movie and television series binge watching. Rain or shine there are plenty of fun activities waiting for you!

The state-of-the-art kitchen is truly a chef’s kitchen equipped with every utensil you could possibly need. A large gas stove, ice machine, Sub Zeros and refrigerator drawers make any meal prep and implementation a breeze. There are two dining spaces for larger and smaller groups as well as two living spaces for family fun. The outdoor gas grill and multiple table spaces are perfect for outdoor dining. Should you want to take a break from cooking, there are many amazing restaurants just a few minutes away.

Five of the bedrooms have walk out balconies with serene views. There are two daybeds in the common area on the first floor. The large first floor master suite is easily accessible to the expansive pool deck and lounge area. Conversation areas with comfortable outdoor seating are situated under the covered patio.

Awesome family spring break

There were 14 of us on the grandkids spring break celebrating my husband’s 75th birthday. The house not only met but, TOTALLY exceeded our expectations. Parents and kids really needed a break and this house was the perfect spot. The pool and hot tub were used several times a day and the pier was the spot for day and night fishing. We chose to eat in a lot and the kitchen could not have been better equipped. It had everything we needed for our meals and grilling. And blenders for our frozen drinks! If you are looking for a special home to be with family and friends this is the spot!

Spring Family Break

Lovely home with lots of room for our family of six adults and three children. Kids didn’t want to do anything but fish off the dock at night and swim in the pool. Great location with lots of lunch and dinner choices.
