About this property

Fantastic chalet for 8 persons directly at the nature reserve

4 bedrooms for 8 persons, directly at the ski, sun terrace, 2 balconies.

The chalet is situated in a quiet sunny location in Hochkrimml-Duxeralm, right at the foot of the Gerlosplatte 1650m above sea level, overlooking the nature reserve.

The house is child friendly with Tripp-Trapp- highchair, toys (Barbie, Lego, cars) and children's books (Walt Disney, storybooks).

They have four separate bedrooms, 2 of which are accessible on the top floor via a steep staircase. On the ground floor a spacious living room with dining area for at least 8 people and a cozy lounge corner, LED TV with cable channels, a hi-fi stereo system, and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and two spacious balconies.

You can use the free Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels or Beach towels can be booked.

Two reserved parking spaces in front of the house are available.

You are also welcome to send me photos of your experiences, which I then post.

Fijn huisje met een goed uitgeruste keuken en prettig gelegen. Dicht bij de ski lift en een Spar die alle basis producten op voorraad heeft. Vanuit hier is de gehele ski ArenA bereikbaar.

Wir waren mit 4 Generationen zu Gast und es hat allen prima gefallen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und das Herz begehrt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herausragend, sehr freundlich und es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Wir alle haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder Buchen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft und das Beste das unser 4 beiner (Hund) Nemo auch dabei sein durfte und vorallem willkommen war. Dankeschön für alles! Herzliche Grüße Fam. Schmidt

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wie haben denn Aufenthalt sehr genossen, obwohl der Baulärm am Haus nebenan etwas störend war. Schade, dass in Hochkrimmel keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (außer in der Skisaison) vorhanden sind. Lage, ruhig der Wald ist gleich vor der Tür.

Schönes Wohnzimmer und Küche für Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Für zwei Ehepaare mit Einschränkung, da eines von den unteren Schlafzimmern Stockbetten hat. Die oberen Schlafräume sind nur mit einer steilen Leiter zu erreichen. Wenn die Lattenroste besser wären, dann wäre der Liegekomfort fast wie daheim gewesen.

Ruhig gelegene, schöne Ferienhaushälfte

Wir haben eine ruhige und entspannte Woche in dem sehr schönen und nahezu komplett ausgestatteten Chalet verbracht. Für einen Aufenthalt im Juni sollte man allerdings wissen, dass in der Feriensiedlung Duxeralm weder ein Supermarkt noch ein Restaurant geöffnet hat. Für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche ist eine Fahrt nach Krimml (über Passstraße) notwendig. Der in den Bewertungen erwähnte Brötchen Lieferservice war zumindest bei uns nicht verfügbar. Bei Anreise über Gerols und/oder geplanten Aktivitäten die Passstraße abwärts Richtung Gerols, fallen Mautgebühren an (aktuell 12,50 EUR für ein Tagesticket). Mehrtagestickets sind erhältlich.

Alles spitze!

Wir (2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern) hatten eine tolle Woche in Hochkrimml. Die Lage ist spitze (Lift, Supermarkt, Skischule) nicht weit entfernt Die Unterkunft ist sauber, zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Prettig huis net toplocatie

Prettig verblijf gehad op een top locatie. Huis met 1 badkamer is voor 8 volwassenen wat aan de krappe kant maar met een goede planning was dit prima te doen. 2 min lopen naar de ski lift en in januari al in de ‘achtertuin’ van het huis in de zon lunchen.Prettige communicatie met de eigenaar.

Herrlicher Wanderurlaub abseits des Touristentrubels

Wir konnten wunderbare und auch anstrengende,Wanderungen unternehmen. Dabei waren die Eindrücke der Berge und des Naturschutzgebietes Hohe Tauern atemberaubend. Gutes Schuhwerk und ein wenig Grundfitness waren schon wichtig. Es war herrlich, vom Läuten der Kuhglocken geweckt zu werden. Unser Sohn hat mit seinem Fahrrad einige tolle Downhill Strecken entdeckt und war mehrfach mit dem Rad sowohl unten in Krimml als auch auf dem Plattenkogel. Ein wunderbarer und unvergesslicher Urlaub. Danke für die tollen Naturerlebnisse, die uns wohl für immer in Erinnerung bleiben werden.
