Maison Idéale Pour les Familles en Pleine Nature Dans la Bourgogne Nivernaise

Located 5 kms from Nevers, very quiet house of 200 m2 in a green setting in a protected environment Historic Monuments.
This house is fully equipped for families and is a beautiful place to observe nature with a 360° view without any vis-à-vis!

Layout:Large living room, dining room, 5 equipped bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, two children's bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a cot (changing table, baby bath, high chair) and the other with twin beds, a playroom with 2 extra beds for the children i.e. 12 beds
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms
library, board games and games for children, trampoline...
Totally private garden of about 1,500m² and access to the park of the property.

Grande maison, très fonctionnelle pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Située en pleine nature, lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et se promener en foret. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

En effet la maison est très grande avec des volumes importants. Le ménage est assuré par un professionnel et il est, de notre point de vue, bien fait. Mais, chacun a ses niveaux d’exigence et celui de nos hôtes était manifestement très élevé en raison d’allergies dont nous ignorions l’existence. Nous sommes heureux qu’ils aient apprécié la maison et son environnement très calme .

Magnifique endroit pour se ressourcer de l’agitation urbaine! Propriétaire très sympathique et de très bon conseil. Localisation parfaite pour visiter la région de la Loire “bourguignonne”.
