A two-story house, built in 1989. The apartment is located on the ground floor of this house; the second floor is occupied year-round by the owner. The ground-floor terrace is also occupied by the owner. The house is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the old village, close to all shops, doctors, and pharmacies. The sea is approximately 2.5 km away on foot. Shuttles can take you to various points in the city and to the port, where you can take the boat to Collioure (a must-see). The approximately 100m² apartment, with reversible air conditioning installed in 2022 in each room and electric roller shutters for each window, includes: A 40m² living room with a lounge area with two sofas, a sofa bed (130cm), a coffee table, and a TV with Orange; a dining area with a table, four chairs, a sideboard, and a large bookcase.
