This high-end, newly remodeled home has room to roam, a working Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, fire-pit, hammock, trees and luxurious indoor and outdoor living. Located in the world famous Howell Mountain appellation of Napa Valley, among the vineyards & redwoods... It is the true Napa Valley lifestyle. Enjoy the vineyard views from the firepit, patio, or from indoors, with floor to ceiling windows that fully open to allow in the country breeze. The yard is fully fenced. Available for monthly rental (31 day minimum). There is an attached unit that the owners may occasionally use during your stay.

Hello! We are Robb and Rachel. We live in Marin County with our 3 teenagers and dog. We bought the property in 2020, after many years of dreaming about owning a small vineyard in wine country. Our Napa Valley home is the perfect retreat from our busy lives. We particularly enjoy trying out the amazing wineries in the Howell Mountain area and relaxing by the fire in the evening.

Why they chose this property

While still being close to great restaurants and wineries, our property definitely has a country feel. Howell Mountain is often above the fog from the valley, making for breathtaking valley views and excellent conditions for growing grapes.

What makes this property unique

A unique aspect of our property is that it contains a working vineyard. Our first harvest (2021) is now in barrel and promises to be an excellent vintage.
