About this property
Fortune Estate (Rental car available)<br>Mount Fortune, Anguilla
Newly built modern cozy apartment with remote gate access, located in Mount Fortune on the eastern end of the island. Five minutes driving access to grocery stores, Island Harbour beach and the restaurants thereon like Falcon Nest. 10 minutes drive from the famous Shoal Bay beach.
The space
The apartment is new and is fitted with all the necessary modern amenities. The space is equipped with a washer and dryer, air-condition, 40 inch TV in bedroom and living area, equipped with cable and internet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances to include fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire property which includes a Gazebo with a grill and small refrigerator for outdoor dining and relaxation. A backup generator is also onsite incase there is a power outage in the area. Fortune Estate East is a gated property with remote access. We have a spacious yard which is paved and lined with garden plants throughout.

The apartment was nice! Spacious and clean. For us, the apartment was further from the beaches we wanted to visit (there are beaches closer) so we did a lot of driving. You definitely need a car. The a/c was nice and cool. We have stayed in other places where the mini splits just didn’t cut it but these keep you nice and cool. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit to use. Only one set of towels for the stay so it was nice to be able to wash towels. The kitchen was stocked pretty good. Definitely could use some mixing bowls and scissors. We also loved having ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The apartments have gated parking as well which makes you feel safe. Don’t hesitate to book this place!
