Pleasant is one of the few free beaches in Chatham so no permit needed and no daily charge. The neighboring Forrest Beach is also a free beach. Also a short bike or car ride from Red River Beach, which is a large, beautiful beach with life guards, concessions and bathrooms. The house is also within walking distance to two restaurants. Pisces is one of the best restaurants in Chatham, as well as Drifters which is a great, casual family option. 10 minutes to Chatham village and 5 minutes to downtown Harwichport village. The house features four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite with their own bathrooms and the other guest bedroom and loft bedroom share the other large bathroom. The house features a very large living, bright living room, dining room and beautiful new kitchen with high end appliances. There is also a lovely screened in porch with a dining table and living furniture for relaxing, as well as outdoor patio area with a dining table & grill.
