We enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment had nice size beds and was quite comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well which is not common at all in Paris. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend this place highly

The property location is terrific and the surrounding neighborhoods are lively with numerous restaurants. The beds in all of the rooms were comfortable. There are four floors and a lot of stairs so that is something to consider. Security is a plus as there are a number of security doors prior to entering the unit. The best thing about the home is the lighted Eiffel Tower picture that gives the impression of a window - genius!

Overall our experience was excellent. The location was fantastic, the property was clean and there was lots of space for two families of 4. Sophie was very helpful and her communication was excellent.

Our family of 9 loved the property. It was great location, good bakeries and restaurants in the area and close to metro stations. Centrally located fkr ease of getting where we wanted to go via meteo or walking. Communications were great. No issues. Would recommed this property to anyone seeking clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen (utensiles, plates, etc) and a great host.

This property was ideal for our multi-family, multi-generational group! Several metro stations are nearby along with great restaurants. Having air-conditioning was extremely helpful during the summer heat wave, and the home itself was very quiet even though it is in a fairly busy neighborhood. The internet connections were not all working, and the home is older than the pictures make it look, but overall, we loved our stay there!

Very spacious! Perfect for our large traveling partyEasily walkable to central sites and very easy metro access for the rest of Paris. The host was very attentive, messaging us regularly even though we experienced no significant problems. The key box was a bit tough to find initially, but a kind local helped us find it.

The space is great for a large group to be able to sleep like advertised and the decor is very nice. The wifi is non-existent and even data connectivity within the unit is patchy. The tv also didn’t work (if there was wifi or data it wouldn’t have been a big deal). Recommend as a base hub for sleeping but note that your phones/ipads/computers will have limited use inside the unit.

The place was very dirty. Dust everywhere. On top of stuff that could be seen easily. The drawers in the bathroom were filthy and had hair everywhere. The floors were not clean. My feet looked like I had been walking around barefoot outside. The stairs had some big cracks and one of them flipped up, causing one member of my family to fall down the stairs. The soap and shampoo provided was so cheap, and only a few paper towels were provided for our long stay. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. The property is close to the metro, but they really need to clean the place, do basic maintenance and provide more basic amenities like quality soap, shampoo, and enough paper goods for their guests.

This property was clean, modern and perfect for our group of 10. We found it stocked with basic needs such as detergents for laundry and dishwasher as well as basic toiletries. There was clearly an odor in the house that was being covered up extensively with various perfumes. The cover-up perfumes were overwhelming. Location was not bad, but from somebody not knowing Paris, it was not ideal with a young family walking around. I think that it was advertised as nicer than it was in person, and probably more expensive than it should’ve been

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The size of the unit was perfect for a larger family group. Be prepared for many stairs. Several amenities in the neighbourhood were available and within walking distance - restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. the proximity of the nannybag option was useful for storing bags before or after your check-in. All in all we had an enjoyable experience.
