Guesthouse on a fully fenced and landscaped property located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Wild and Scenic Rogue River, Grants Pass, and within 2 hours of Crater Lake, the Redwoods, Oregon Coast and more. Guesthouse offers a fully furnished, spacious open floor plan with 2 queen beds to accommodate families, fishermen, rafters and more. Other amenities include an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and smoker.

Owners live on property and can provide small event services with prior approval including catering and other concierge services.

Everything you need! Plenty of movies! Plenty of kitchen utensils and nice pans! We were on our way to the redwoodsfor our 25th Anniversary and stopped here for the night! We were greeted with a bottle of champagne! We really loved that extra!

We enjoyed our stay except we didn’t have enough hot water for even short showers.

Thank you Claudia for your review. We recently installed a new On-Demand hot water system and found an issue with the installation. We have fixed that and now there is hot water for days. I am glad you enjoyed your stay regardless.

My husband and I like to travel and use vacation rentals instead of Hotels for the simple fact I LOVE to cook and you can't do that in a hotel. We have made our vacation rental something that WE would love to stay in; comfortable, clean, and full of amenities that we would want to have in a PERFECT rental. We make sure to provide plenty of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and cooking vessels and utensils. We want your experience to be carefree and relaxing.

When we first looked at this property, we felt we had found park-like property that we had always wanted. We've had to do a lot of work (and continue to improve) on our property. We love our quiet setting.
